1. Entry of non-resident guests to the floors and inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

2. For your comfort, a safety deposit box is provided in the room. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal or valuable items.

3. Smoking and use of hookah inside the room are strictly prohibited.

4. Please refrain from bringing any flammable or hazardous materials into the rooms.

5. Upon leaving the hotel, please return the room card to the reception.

6. Please avoid washing clothes or using the iron inside the room. The hotel laundry service is available for this purpose.

7. Room check-out time is before 12:00 noon, and check-in is after 14:00.

8. Keeping pets in any part of the hotel is prohibited.

9. Only guests registered at reception are allowed to use the accommodation facilities of the hotel.

Visitors are not allowed to enter the rooms. The lobby and central café can be used for meetings.

10. Proper dress code is mandatory in the public areas of the hotel.

11. Please return the room card to reception upon check-out. In case of loss or damage, you are responsible according to the current rate.
